1-Order

Your duly completed and submitted order constitutes your offer to purchase the products included in the order. Receipt of confirmation of an order by email does not automatically mean that Kangoo Club Montreal accepts the order and is not confirmation that Kangoo Club Montreal is committed to selling anything. Kangoo Club Montréal reserves the right, without further notice, to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever and/or to set a quantity limit for any item of a order. It may be necessary for Kangoo Club Montréal or its payment solution provider to verify personal or credit card or payment information at any time before accepting any order.

2-Errors or inaccuracies

Although Kangoo Club Montréal ensures that the information on the site is complete and accurate, it is possible that the site contains errors and/or inaccuracies. Kangoo Club Montréal reserves the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and to change or update the information contained on the site at any time, without notice and without incurring liability to you or any other person, including this which affects the pricing and availability of gift cards.

3-Payment terms and security

PAYPAL secure online (most credit cards)

When you make a purchase with the PAYPAL secure payment system, your transaction is directed to an Internet payment terminal under a secure connection. All transaction data (order details, customer identification, credit card number) are encoded to be transferred from your computer to the payment server which is the only one that can decipher them. PAYPAL retransmits the information relating to your order to the merchant, except that concerning your credit card.

STRIPE credit card payment processor.

All card numbers are encrypted with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe's internal servers and daemons can obtain card numbers in clear text, but can request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe's infrastructure for storing, decrypting and transmitting card numbers operates in a separate hosting environment and does not share any identifying information with Stripe's core services (API, website, etc.).

Our prices are in Canadian dollars, delivery charges may apply depending on the region.

5-Delivery

WE SHIP ANYWHERE IN CANADA. Please note that there is a delay of 48 working hours to prepare orders before sending them. Shipping is always done from our facilities in Canada. Our carriers are Canada Post and Dicom. Delivery times: The estimated time varies depending on the destination and the delivery speed chosen. This is not a guarantee of delivery date. This choice is offered when you open your account with us and before you proceed to payment.

Fees: They vary depending on the delivery date chosen, the weight and the total volume of your order. This choice is offered when you open your account with us and before you proceed to payment.

Incorrect Contact Information: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their mailing address and contact information are correct when completing an order. In the event that a customer has entered the wrong address or contact details, and an order is returned to us, additional delivery costs will be required to resend their order. In the event that an order is delivered to the wrong address, without being returned to us, no refund will be made.

6-Delays due to a lack of products or other

If for any reason we cannot ship the products to you promptly, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order before the package leaves our facilities. However, if you decide to keep your order active, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order free of charge.

7-Returns and exchanges

No refunds or exchanges except for damaged merchandise. You have 24 hours to notify us if you receive damaged merchandise. Termination of an order before shipping can be done under certain conditions with a 10% administration fee.

8-Courses and punch card

A current session can only be canceled for medical reasons (medical note required). In this case, a MAXIMUM of half a session will be refunded.

If the contract is terminated before Kangoo Club Montreal has begun to perform its main obligation, the termination is carried out with a 10% administration fee in addition to a penalty of $5/class corresponding to the rental fees for Kangoo Jumps boots. Refunds are only possible if notice of session cancellation has been received at least 48 hours before the date of the first course. No refunds will be issued during the session except due to illness (medical note required).

Bootcamp punch cards are non-refundable but transferable. A card that does not include equipment rental fees can be converted to a card that includes Kangoo Jumps boot rental services for a fee of $5/class.

9-Injuries or limitations

All the exercises offered by Kangoo Club Montreal are taught to you by a certified Kangoo Jumps instructor/trainer. If you have any injuries or limitations, it is your responsibility to notify the instructor. As a client, you remain entirely responsible for your practice, your safety and your well-being. Respect your limits. Be comfortable not performing an exercise if you are tired or unable.
